Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to bookings and purchases made through the Asian Wedding Halls marketplace. Because each Vendor sets their own cancellation terms, the specific refund available to you depends on the Vendor's policy, which is displayed on their listing.
2. Service Bookings
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (less any non-refundable deposit specified by the Vendor).
- 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund, subject to the Vendor's specific terms.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund unless otherwise stated by the Vendor.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Membership Plans (Vendors)
Vendor membership plan fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated. If a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge, contact us within 48 hours.
4. Shop Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unable to resolve a refund dispute directly with the Vendor, please contact us. We will mediate in good faith but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We co-operate fully with Stripe's dispute resolution process.
