By accessing or using the Asian Wedding Halls marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Asian Wedding Halls is an online marketplace connecting customers seeking wedding-related services (venues, catering, photography, entertainment, and other vendors) with service providers ("Vendors") in the United Kingdom and internationally.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are made directly with the relevant Vendor. Asian Wedding Halls acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract between you and the Vendor. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by Vendor. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and each Vendor's individual terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to post false or misleading information, infringe any third-party rights, or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asian Wedding Halls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
