Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a service provider ("Vendor") on the Asian Wedding Halls marketplace ("Platform").

1. Eligibility

To list on the Platform you must: (a) be a legitimate business or sole trader operating legally in the UK; (b) provide accurate business information; and (c) maintain appropriate insurance for your services.

2. Listing Requirements

  • All information (descriptions, pricing, images) must be accurate and up to date.
  • Images must be your own or properly licensed. No misleading stock photography.
  • Pricing displayed must be the actual price charged to customers.

3. Bookings and Fulfilment

You must respond to booking enquiries within 24 hours. Accepting a booking creates a binding contract between you and the customer. You are solely responsible for delivering the booked service.

4. Commission and Payments

Asian Wedding Halls charges a platform commission as specified in your chosen membership plan. Payments are processed via Stripe and disbursed to your registered bank account after deduction of commission and any applicable fees.

5. Cancellations by Vendor

Vendor-initiated cancellations within 72 hours of a booked event are considered a serious breach. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the Platform. You are required to issue a full refund for any vendor-initiated cancellation.

6. Reviews and Conduct

Vendors must not solicit fake reviews or attempt to manipulate the review system. Harassment of customers or Platform staff will result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

You grant Asian Wedding Halls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing content (text, images, videos) on the Platform for promotional purposes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Asian Wedding Halls may terminate immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, or reputational risk.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
